0 stars. Horrible experience today! My appointment for my son was made months ago. I advised the rep on the phone my twin sons are autistic and may require additional assistance in sitting still. She advised that she can book me at a specific location that provides the laughing gas to help calm them. I made 2 separate appointments so I could give each child my undivided attention. I filled out the form detailing all my son's medical history for check in days prior to the appointment. Once I arrived, everything changed. The dental assistant started asking questions including if he has asthma. I said yes. She asked if he has the pump with him. I said no, he's actually never had an attack in his 8 years of life, it has just been prescribed to him from when he was in the NICU as a baby. Then the Dentist came out and things started to go left. As stated in the other reviews, she is VERY CONDESCENDING! I can tell by how she approached the situation she was not willing to help us. She kept asking if he could sit in the chair. I said can I just sit with him? Instead of saying yes, or we can try, she kept saying he needed to be able to sit on his own and follow directions from the parent on

Horrible people!!! They lie on their website and say pediatric and adult at lake ellanor drive office but they only treat children so their website is garbage and full of lies.

I am upset that I just drove 40 minutes to an appointment for my daughter for a cleaning and they sent her right back out because of a cough and was extremely rude about it (they being Dr. Browning). If they do not take patients with a cough(no fever or any other symptoms), then when whoever calls for confirmation for the appointment should ask if the patient has any symptoms that prevents them from being able to go so parents do not waste gas. Oh and our first visit there, when they were doing xrays on my daughter, she gagged and threw up, the dental assistant even saw it gagged her, so the Dr. Browning lady came in and stunned me when she said my daughter’s breath was stinky from her throw up and just doing the absolute MOST! As a dentist, you do not make your patients feel like less and me being a mother, I will not tolerate it. I would appreciate if her act was cleaned up or removed. Thank you!!

I've been to different dental offices but this one, This one has been the best. The front receptionists are Super friendly and very patient and the Dentist and the rest of the staff are amazing, friendly, and made sure my son was comfortable. We love this place and would definitely recommend.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! The people in the front are nice and welcoming but once you go through the door to get to the back, It’s another story! The dentist, Dr. Browning was very rude. she did not show any empathy for me, she was speaking so fast, she did not check the area in my mouth that was causing me a lot of pain, and she didn’t prescribe me any meds to alleviate my pain. She just did not care! She was nasty ! I was in tears when I left there because of how she made me feel. This place is awful! They need to shut it down or hire a new dentist! Stay away!! Don’t waste your time.
